Single Person for a Bedroom

We're looking for someone for a room available. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly house, though none of us are actually in the community. We are open to any religious belief you may have as long as you are not causing physical or mental harm to yourself or others.

We own a nice cat. Also, sidenote, the last few pictures will be your room. It's a mess right now but we'll have it all cleaned out before you move in. I literally just posted this ad not long ago and, with work and college, haven't had time to move everything out.

We prefer someone who isn't going to cause drama, be loud, or demeaning. Smoking is allowed as long as it's outside. We ask that you be reasonably clean. No one is perfect but we don't want an infestation of bugs either, lol.

We share in the chores rotating usually every two weeks. Rent and other utilities are due on their due date. We will not have enough money to cover for your portion.

You'll will have your own bedroom with a closet. There's a bathroom that will be shared with one other renter.

We will take pictures of the room before you move in. If there is any damage to the room, you will be subject to pay for it.

We will also be doing a background check on those who are interested in moving in.
