Pet Policy:
Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet is required. Small pets only (under 80 lbs) will be considered. Pets are not permitted in the kitchen at any time and must be well-behaved, house-trained, and properly supervised. The tenant is fully responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any damage caused. Excessive noise, odors, or disturbances may result in revocation of pet privileges.
