the area is nice & quiet and park view from the front. The house is minutes away from downtown Orlando, and major hospitals, airports , Camping World Stadium, Exploria Stadium, Lake Eola and the Police Headquarters.
Furthermore, it's very accessible with all the high ways being only 2 minutes from I-4, 408 and 3-5 minutes from OBT, John Young Pkwy, and Colonial.
This house also 10-15 minutes away from several tourist attractions including universal studios, International Drive, SeaWorld, Millenia mall and Premier Outlets. Restaurants, groceries, public transportation are also on short drive.
