These furnished move-in ready rooms include Utilities, WiFi, and Access To A Washer And Dryer In The Monthly Rates.

HOW IT WORKS:
Applicants must be screened online. Send a message for the screening link. The screening link is on my website. After paying for screening, the webpage will redirect to the room rental application. The application will ask for proof of income and a copy of a state ID. The screening process for these rooms for rent begins only after payment is received and the screening cost is not refundable. Room Rentals are first come first serve and rooms get rented fast.

Rooms are available on a first-approved basis. An application for the room must be filled out. Must pass a background check. Proof of income is necessary.
