Shared housing which means I the owner/landlord resides inside my home. I am retired and away from the house sometimes. This smoke-free furnished modern townhouse is clean, comfort and cozy. AC and heating unit.
Full-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, patio with gas grill. Ground floor private bedroom with bath is not available at this time. Upstairs private bedroom with bath is AVAILABLE, furnished den area, and the laundry room at no cost to the tenants. All private bedroom doors have its own locks for security. Security camera system and alarm system working properly.
The entry door has an electronic code which will provided to the tenant by the owner. Community pool. Nice neighbors and quiet residential area most of the time. Public parking lot available for the tenant/visitor. Nearby hospital and shopping center/gas stations.

All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Move-in requirements are as follows: a valid photo ID, most recent proof of income, signed month- to- month lease agreement.
First month's rent $875 and a refundable security deposit in the amount of $300 is required. If a tenant moves in on the 15th of a month, then his/her rent will be prorated for that month only.
Tenants are responsible for paying their rent on time, cooking their own meals, their own laundry, keeping the areas clean. Let's be respectful and kind to others residing inside the home and to the neighbors. Thank you for booking with me. I hope you enjoy your stay.
