I have a bedroom available December 1st in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment, located in the Metrowest area in Orlando. There’s also a patio and a full kitchen. Rent would be $900 a month, including utilities except for Wi-Fi, which $40 a month. We are a primarily disabled and lgbtq household.

Couples are okay. Nonbinary/Queer female or transgender male or female preferred. No more pets. We currently have 2 cats. Must pay first month’s rent upfront. We are a 26 year old nonbinary person, a 23 year old trans male, a 23 year old trans female, and a 25 year old nonbinary person.
