There are two private rooms each with private bathroom available : $1150 and $1000

I live in the house but occasionally travel for work. . Will have a maximum of three mature ladies at home ideally 45 plus years old.
Very clean and quite space. The laundry is once per week.
There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that most probably will be used. And if you have your own you are welcome to bring it.
