I’m looking to find someone that would be interested in being a live in dog sitter at my freshly renovated home in Maitland.
I have 3 bed, 3 bath home with heated pool, screened porch with outdoor TV, fenced yard & 2 car garage. I will be leaving the area for 1 year (flexible) and unfortunately my dogs cannot come with me, so I’m looking to find someone who would be interested in living in my home and caring for my 2 miniature dachshunds in return for deeply discounted rent. They require little care besides feeding twice a day and spending some time with them- they’re very sweet and easy.
You will have access to the entire house, except for the master bedroom and I encourage you to take full use of the space especially the pool. You will have the place to yourself 99% of the time as I will only visit for a few days every 2-3 months. The home is fully furnished so there’s no need for you to bring anything unless you want to.
I am asking $1,000/mth plus half of the power bill (approx $150) for what is essentially a whole house furnished rental on a beautiful & quiet neighborhood street, close to amenities & minutes from I-4
