Two rooms in a furnished pool home on a quiet Maitland street, and the unusual part is that neither of you shares a bathroom with anyone.

Room 1, the master. Own en-suite, walk-in closet, and its own mini-split, so you can set the room as cold as you like without anyone touching the thermostat.

Room 2, a double. Own bathroom just down the hall with a bathtub with jets, plus a large closet with built-ins.

The house is fully furnished throughout, right down to the kitchen. Pool, big screened porch, landscaped yard, driveway parking. New AC installed June 2026.

Who you’d be living with:
Each other, and me occasionally. I’m an airline pilot based in New York and I’m back under 30 nights a year, always with at least a week’s notice. I keep a third bedroom for those visits and for storage. The rest of the time it’s the two of you in a whole house.
Happy to take you both together if you’re a couple or already know each other, or separately if not.

Bills included:
Electricity, high speed wifi, weekly pool service, lawn and landscaping. Nothing to set up, nothing to split, one payment a month.

Location:
Six miles north of downtown Orlando. Two minutes to the I-4 Maitland exit and the express lanes, five minutes to Altamonte Mall, minutes from Park Avenue and Winter Park.

Terms:
Month to month, though I’m after people planning to stay at least a year, and I’m happy to write a fixed term if you’d rather have the certainty. Sorry, no pets at this time. Standard application, credit and background check, and renters insurance before move-in.

I’ve lived here over eight years and done most of the upgrades myself, so I know every system in the place and I fix things first time of asking. My last tenant stayed two and a half years.
