I'm looking for a roommate to occupy a spacious bedroom (11x13) in a 3 bed/2 bath house in the Lake Underhill area. Room has a walk-in closet, high ceilings, and ceiling fan. House has central air and double pane windows. The roof is new, as well as indoor and outdoor air conditioning units. Bathroom is in the hallway and would be shared with one other roommate.

No smoking inside the house. All roommates (including myself) are expected to be courteous about the common areas, and maintain a certain level of cleanliness (washing your own dishes and generally keeping common areas clean).

The property also has a spacious backyard with a brick patio, outdoor lighting with plenty of room for cookouts and/or get-togethers.

Appliances: Refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.

Application fee is $35 (non-refundable) used for a background/credit check. Rental insurance is preferred, but not required. First month's rent, plus a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent needed before move in ($1685 total move in cost).

There are two small dogs who live in the house currently, so we’re at our pet quota. They are well behaved, and hypoallergenic.

Utilities are included in rent, and internet comes out to be $25 dollars a month.
