Located on a cul-de-sac, the home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the daily rush of life. The room itself is 12 x 14 and has a walk-in closet at your disposal. I do house 3 cats, one of which you will rarely see so please be mindful of any allergies you might have.
No drug use is permitted. I am looking for mature, responsible individual. I have a tv in my bedroom which is where I watch most of my programming though there is also a flatscreen in the shared living space. If you are using this as transitional space, there is possibly room for your living room furniture at this time. If this is to be a mid-term length rental, no overnight guests permitted and notice would be expected for other visitors. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware and the like. Your consumables are your responsibility of course.
