Room available in Lake Como house

The Space:
Looking for a responsible, respectful roommate to take over a room in our home starting early 2027 (flexible move-in window between January and March).

Rent: $1,066/month + split utilities (internet, electric, water, etc.)

The Room & House: ~9 ft x 11 ft / can fit queen size bed / shared bath with 1 other roommate / laundry on-site / nice sized backyard and patio

Location: Located just south of Lake Como, the neighborhoods are very nice and full of nature. We get plenty of beautiful birds and trees.

The Household & Vibe:
You will be sharing the home with a resident physician in her early 30s who works long hospital hours, and another tenant in her mid 40s. The household environment is generally quiet, respectful, and focused on easy living during off-hours.

We are a pet-friendly household with dogs and cats present, so a potential roommate must love animals and be comfortable living alongside pets!

Ideal Roommate:

Working professional or student

Clean, communicative, and respectful of shared common areas

Financially reliable (proof of income/employment and references will be requested prior to lease signing)
