The washer and dryer are right next to the kitchen for easy multitasking. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of outlets, lighting, and accommodations for storing lots of clothes. All areas have been quieted so that each room is private and peaceful. Furnishings (mattress,box spring, frame, nightstand, lamp, etc.) are included for your convenience. There is a brick firepit, 2 lanais, and a welllit backyard for your enjoyment. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to the mile West Orange Trail. It is also close to public transit, and you won’t be far from all Orlando has to offer.
