The rent is $1,600 so $800 each.

I've been renting a duplex in the Mills district for 8 years now. My roommate of 6 years is moving to Tampa and I'd like to not leave this unit yet. I'm a seafood manager and mostly a homebody but I like to try new things. Just looking for someone normal-ish and professional that can be reliable on bills and not do anything crazy while living here.

Your room would need your own personal furnishings, but the house itself has most of the amenities. Washer/dryer, microwave, toaster/air fryer, oven. Feel free to ask about any specifics.

Aside from that the only other two shared bills would be electric (OUC) and internet (ATT Fiber.) I have 2 cats and no other pets would be allowed as per the realtor's instructions.

Application is done through the realtor's website and does involve a background check.
