The apartment also comes with a free parking garage right across the street, a 24 hour gym that is more than serviceable, a large clean pool and a recreational area with grills, and direct access to Lake Eola for walking, events, and the Sunday farmers market. There is also a fantastic leasing office/ maintenance team at MAA Parkside who are quick to solve any issues and fix anything that is broken in a timely manner. The base layout is two individual bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and plenty of closet space, along with a shared living room and kitchen in between them.

The room being rented is a carpeted room with 3 closets, its own bathroom, ceiling fan, large double window, and its own controllable smart home AC. The apartment could also potentially have some furnishing depending on if you wanted any of the current furnishings that would be thrown out if not.

The roommate is a clean and quiet mid 20's man who has been a quality roommate that has caused no issues and is often at work, traveling, or in his room doing his own thing. Have never had any noise complaints or cleanliness issues from him.

The apartment split rent cost comes out to 1,061.50 per month. While utilities usually come out around 15$ per month.

So, for less than 1,100$ a month you're living on Lake Eola in downtown Orlando with access to walk to the Kia Center, Inter&Co Stadium, and Lake Eola events. As well as being close by to fun night life areas such as downtown Orlando, and Thornton Park!
