The Space:
You’ll be moving into a beautiful, newly built 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome (1,700 sqft). The house is spacious, modern, and fully furnished—all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus a dedicated outdoor parking space. I’ve also put a lot of love into a new, luxury landscaped backyard, which is a great place to relax.

The Location:
I am located in the vibrant Milk District. You’ll be within walking distance of some fantastic local restaurants, bars, and shopping. Plus, we’re just 5 minutes from Lake Eola and have super quick access to the I-4 and 408, making commuting a breeze.

The Details:
Rent: $1,400/month
Utilities: Split electricity and internet
Move-in Date: August 1, 2026 (or later)
