Located in downtown Orlando in 32801. Minutes from the Milk District, Ivanhoe Village and Mills and 50. Winter Park is right down the street. Right by the 408 ramp and I-4. This is the best location I have found for such an adorable place and your share is only $875/month which includes water and all household supplies.

The room is for **ONE PERSON only**.

The room is big and has a large walk-in closet.
There is one master bath with a vanity and two sinks and storage space. The half bath is located downstairs which is your private bathroom. The master bathroom is quite large and you would have your own sink and vanity area; since the vanity has two. The only bathroom area that would be shared is the shower.

The living room area is huge and there is a big, tiled, screened in porch. The place is equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, ceiling fans, brand new washer, dryer, brand new central A/C, heat and a microwave.

I am looking for a very clean, respectful female with no pets. Water, sewer, and all household supplies are included in the rent. Parking is right in front.

I am extremely clean, considerate, and responsible and am looking for someone who is the same.
