Room available Downtown Orlando, fully furnished with a queen size bed with fine new mattresses, two nightstands, two lamps, and a large closet, This is a two floors beautiful house, with plenty of space, large kitchen, two dining rooms, a living room and an office, and a nice deck en the patio. the idea is to live only three people in the whole house, I stay mostly on the second floor I have my bedroom and my own bathroom there, and the person would share the bathroom just with one person.

The area is strategically located, close to everything, Lake Eola, Thornton Park, and all the interesting places of the downtown.

I'm looking for male roommate preferably, a GUY easy going person, clean, nice, friendly, and financially responsible. no drugs no party in the house.

I'm a professional guy, work in the insurance field, I speak English and Spanish, I go to the gym several times a week, I go out with friends, I like social life, do not smoke, no drugs, and I'm super clean.
