Private Room in Pool Home + Home Gym

Private room available in a comfortable, well-maintained pool home in the Conway area of Orlando. The home is located in a quiet, established residential neighborhood with convenient access to Downtown Orlando, SoDo, the Hourglass District, Orlando International Airport, and major roadways.

You'll have full access to the home's shared spaces, including the kitchen, living areas, in-home washer and dryer, private fenced backyard, and swimming pool. We also have a private home gym with workout equipment that you're welcome to use. Off-street parking is available, and utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent.

You'll be sharing the home with a young professional couple and our two friendly, affectionate dogs. We're social, easygoing, and enjoy cooking, working out, relaxing by the pool, occasionally having friends over, and getting out and enjoying Orlando. We're happy to socialize and would love for a roommate to feel comfortable hanging out with us, but we also respect everyone's privacy and personal space. Our home is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to people from all backgrounds.

We're looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, reasonably clean, and easy to get along with. This is our home rather than a house filled with individually rented rooms, so we're hoping to find someone who is a good fit for the household and wants a comfortable place where they can genuinely feel at home.
