Looking for a roommate to rent a private bedroom: $900. $1300 for couple sharing a room. It's a 3/2 with me, my boyfriend, and cat. East Orlando area, near UCF. College student to young 30s, preferably female or LQBTQ :). Cat friendly! Dog friendly if they get along with cats. We also have a garage gym with a squat rack/cables.

Looking for a clean, fun, and drama free roommate. We enjoy cooking, gardening, anime, working out and gaming!
