I am renting 2 bedrooms. The smaller one is now occupied by a lovely female renter which is a kind person, respectful, and a professional in her 30s. She will only stay 3 months so you will be sharing a bathroom with her most evenings and weekends depending on your schedules.

Your room is unfurnished but it has curtains with double windows, a large wall mounted tv, a ceiling fan with light combo and both have remotes. The room will be painted Saturday. The carpet was professionally cleaned and has some minor wear but no tears in it that can be hidden with the bed or furniture. The closet is very large but is not a walk in closet. The room is near the front door and bathroom. I can help accomodate some belongings elsewhere if needed and there is a closet in the bathroom and hallway including a shoe storage bin.

Location:
East Orlando. Near Hwy 50, Chuluota/419, 408/417, Oviedo, Orange/Seminole counties, 12 minutes from UCF, Valencia, malls, theaters, local stores, restautants, Waterford lakes, minutes from I-95/420, Titusville, Cocoa, and Cape Canaveral (beaches).

Community:
Non-gated private luxury home community. Fully furnished single level home (3/2), safe, well maintained, central AC, Large TVs, cozy furnished home with all amenities including kitchen items and utensils.

Room:
The standard bathroom will be shared. See video for smaller bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a curtain, carpets, and décors that can be replaced as needed.

Whomever gets a room first gets to discuss their feelings about the new renter choice due to sharing a bathroom together.

Living space:
No smoking/drugs. Strong internet. WD. Driveway parking. Fridge (2) freezers (3). Garden can be shared with family, lounge area, TVs. Large cozy screened-in patio, swing, woods, wild life, swivel chairs, tables, grills, and several other amenities.

Availability:
Owner available 24/7 by text. Digital entry door with bell.
