Cute Quiet Home in South Colialtown,Great Location

Quiet cozy neighborhood in Colonial Town with a great walkable commute to the best areas in Orlando. 5-10 Minute walking/driving distance from Mills 50 area, Thornton Park, Lake Eola, Milk District, Downtown Orlando, SODO, Audubon Park. Cute comfortable Orlando historic house that’s been fully renovated with modern appliances/utilities within the last year, first tenants to live since the house has been renovated. 2 car drive way with a front and backyard space and plenty of neighborhood. Lawn care and utilities included. Two brother siblings looking for a roomate, a little about ourselves. Alejandro: I’m a full-time chef working in the city, so I keep a pretty consistent schedule and appreciate a calm, respectful home environment. My days off are Mondays, and I like to spend them getting out of the house—trying new restaurants and bars, exploring different areas, or getting outdoors. I’m into rock climbing, playing music with friends, and anything creative or art-related.
At home, I’m laid-back, open-minded, and easy to live with. I enjoy cooking (comes with the job), keeping shared spaces clean, and just having a comfortable, positive vibe. I can be social but also respect everyone’s space—overall just about being a good roommate and, honestly, having a silly goose time here and there.
Abraham: Software engineer with a hybrid schedule, home Mondays and Fridays. I’m pretty low key, clean, and respectful of shared space. I like to stay active during the week with CrossFit, and on weekends I’m usually out, often dancing or just spending time out of the apartment.
