The community-inspiring Patriot Garden was transformed into a beautiful, ergonomic raised bed and pots garden, perfect for serene lounging among the edible landscape, featuring plenty of flowers, herbs, fruits, and vegetables, with no noisy mowers or blowers. A small charcoal smoker-grill area can even be used for barbecue. The laundry room is shared with the owner but has a secure entrance from outside, located just around the back. A basic full-size washer and dryer are included. Power, water, and garbage are also included. Charge Point Electric Vehicle Charging Station available. I am laid-back and non-intrusive. I live next door, but don’t have a full kitchen. I like to cook, so I am happy to cook 2-3 times a week to share. I also love games, board games, cards, darts, Nerf basketball, 2-square, and many more; I was raised without video games. I am spiritually open-minded and inclusive, and personally love Jesus’s New Testament. I designed and permitted the back home, so I am an experienced property manager and maintenance technician. Any questions or rare concerns are responded to via text within a reasonable time. I help others design and build their own off-grid Ultra-Homes. I am developing a Western Carolina mountain property for a variety of retreats and intensive workshops, which is why I won’t be around much in the summer.
