Clean Responsible Respectful Person

I am looking for someone to share my 2/1 who is clean, responsible and respectful. I am very laid back and easy going. Just moved here from Fort Myers Beach after losing everything in the Hurricane. I have an extra room that I never use but it does have a bed in there now but don’t mind gettin rid of it if you have your own. The apartment is in a 2 story building with a total of 8 units and I’m upstairs in a corner unit. The bedroom available does have a nice size closet and there is a nice patio overlooking the fairway of the Dubsdred golf course. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes away from downtown, 15-20 minutes from Universal and Disney, 5 minutes to Winter Park, and only about an hour drive to the beach(New Symerna). I work from 9:30-6:00 or 11:30-8:00 on an alternating schedule.. I like to go out to a local pub about once a week maybe 2 and like to play golf on one of my days off. I go to New Symerna Beach or Fort Myers Beach for my 2 days off on a regular basis as well. If you think this would be a good fit for you please let me know so we can schedule a time to meet!
