About us:

I’m a Disney Bus Driver who works and loves to travel on my days off. We are not home much. Married 35 years to my husband who works for the Hilton. We have 1 Female roommate (3 years) who travels for work & also owns a home in Tampa area. We work early mornings and keep a pretty consistent schedule. We’re all easygoing, respectful, and drama-free.

What makes our house different:

This isn’t a place where everyone hides in their rooms and pretends the other people don’t exist. We treat the house like a home. We share common spaces, help each other out, keep things clean, and communicate like adults.

We’re pretty relaxed about the little things. Nobody is counting paper towels or keeping score over who used the last trash bag because we a keep everyday shared items stocked. We all have assigned fridge/freezer shelves, pantry and mini fridges if needed.

House expectations:

• Rent, utilities, lawn care, pest control, and house-related expenses are included in the monthly rent.
• Cleanliness and respect for shared spaces are important
• Open communication is expected
• Everyone contributes to keeping the home running smoothly
