Room for rent in house, incl. garage and pool

4 bed 2 bath home will have 1 room for rent effective May 1 with current tenant due to be leaving on or about that date.

Just 20 minutes from Universal Studios or downtown Orlando with pretty much any shopping amenities about 10-15 min drive away, an ideal location for anyone wanting or needing to live near Orlando but who doesn't want to deal with living in the inner city itself.

The room for rent is a corner bedroom and is the most sound insulated room of the house, and is also the closest room to the guest / pool bathroom.

Parking consists of optionally parking inside a 2 car garage or along the driveway.

There is also a sizeable backyard area with a pool completely privacy fence enclosed which is immediately accessible by the provided guest bathroom.

Washer / Dryer are inside, immediately outside of the door of the provided room... so basically if you just wanted to sleep, go to the bathroom, do your laundry and go for a swim, you'd never even need to traverse the rest of the house, if you're the more secluded type.

If you're more of a social butterfly I'm fine with that too, I simply ask that you don't leave messes in the common areas and are considerate with regard to space used in them

It should be noted I work from home and as such tend to be home 24/7 for the most part, I am as such seeking a roommate who is clean, well kept and pleasant to get along with; I can be a bit of a night owl but not looking for anyone with plans of blasting loud music at night or throwing house parties etc

Short term rental may be considered at a rate of $2000/month as I am ideally looking for a more long term rental commitment

Prospective roommate will have to pass a background check and the fee for the check if any will be applicable towards first month's rent
