Looking for roommate to replace departing roomate

Currently looking for roommate [3Be / 2Ba] will upload photos with post of shared living space, can send additional photos of room or amenities as requested. Storm O. E is the other current roommate and you can message either of us for any additional questions. We are located in Lake Buena Vista looking for someone to join us around mid-May.

About us:
• 29 y. o woman part-time server (still makes good money)
Work late afternoon-evening shifts so a night owl often
She does enjoy relaxing in the living room in her free time often. Overall very silly, friendly, and active in the space and accounts for herself!
[Will be moving to Chicago in Summer of 2027!]

• 22 y. o woman full-time retail worker
Very kind and I keep to myself quite a bit as well. I have a partner who visits semi-often but they keep to themselves and are quiet.

Our current 3rd roommate will also be present for meet ups to help communicate about the living space and any info and needs
• Current 3rd roommate is 22 y. o male barback [currently moving out on great terms]

•$800/monthly, included water and electric in total
• Available Room has a shared bathroom included in photos

• Disney parks within 6mi radius (Perfect commute for Disney Cast Members)
• Universal within 7mi radius (via I-4) (Great commute for Universal employees)
• We're located on the 1st floor level on our building so easier to move furniture in
• In-house washer and dryer
• Double Tier Trash Bins and a near daily trash valet service (not available Fri-Sat)
• Front door ring camera installed
• Kitchen contains Electric Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Standard Top Mount Fridge

Looking for:
• Preferably another woman roommate but still open minded (about to stop being opened minded if men keep sending very creepy and concerning messages)
• Someone reliable, independent, and self sufficient
• Financially stable, responsible and prompt. Always on time for bills
• Communicates transparently and efficiently
• Comfortable with shared contribution to shared space resources
• Preferably someone single (partners are ok as long as boundaries are kept and communicated but would need to get to know you and them of course)
• No pets unless willing to pay the pet bills stated by our complex lease and be responsible for said pet
