Although I am offering two rooms in this home, ROOM 2 Master Suite is self contained and only rented on rare occasions and to traveling business professionals, nurses and physicians or those requiring a week or two retreat to regroup ( $85 nightly or up to 3 month stays $500 weekly. Most of the time it will only be myself and ROOM 1 Art Room enter in the home.

ROOM 1 Art Room Long Term Stay 8 months or Longer

I am offering a well appointed and designed room in an upscale home in Beeman Park for longer stays -( 12 month lease preferred.) All furnishings, organic bed linens and towels HDTV, lighting is controlled by Google and has brightening/dimming and color changing features,. filtered water whole house system, all utilities- gas electric, water, sewer, garbage and High Speed Internet. The home is maintained weekly outside and inside general cleaning and straightened daily. ALL - Included in the $1,400 monthly $50 nightly rate. Remote work may include an up charge depending on utility usage. You are moving into an elevated casual and drama free lifestyle… not just renting a room.

FEATURES: Your room is located upstairs to the right of the loft landing, is well appointed and designed - highlighting a new sleep number bed that allows you to adjust to your comfort level. All organic bedding and towels are provided for your use that are washed for you weekly - next to the bed are two night stands with overhanging lamps, a chair with a free standing lamp, a small desk with a desk lamp, window shutters with overlaying black out curtains to darken the room for restful sleeping. A walk in closet houses a desk with stool - small in room refrigerator and tea kettle for your convenience, A lounge area with a larger HDTV is directly outside your room that is also for your exclusive use.

The semi-private bathroom is directly outside your room and has both a tub and shower cleaned weekly. The home was recently upgraded with a heating and cooling system that sanitizes the whole house providing the best breathing air possible.

Outside there is a Zen Garden with bamboo trees, lush foliage a lounger for relaxing all highlighted with indirect outdoor lightening - also available for your use.

I own my own business and still work it 6 days a week. Due to my work schedule, on most days, I am too busy too cook so I simply heat meals that are prepared by Sprouts.

Although I am older, I am high energy, easy to get along with providing both conversation and privacy. I keep pretty much to myself due to my 10 hr work schedule, yet would be open to occasional interactions.
