working proffessional seeks same for 3/2 1600 sq. ft. suburban home. roommate bedroom is 10x12 and freshly painted with closet in room. also contains a ceiling fan. full bathroom just outside bedroom with deep tub/shower. tile floor througout house. home is rented through a property management company.

there is a one time 180.00 fee for a background/credit check plus a refudable $200 deposit. all utilities are already incuded in rental price. looking for a mature quiet respectful roommate who can communicate about things. absolutely no drugs or smoking inside or out ! must love dogs. have a whippett named max. small well behaved dog is ok for a roommate to have.

there is room for storeage in the garage at no extra charge. serious inquires only please. last roommate was here 3 yrs. prefer payment through zelle on same day each mo. deposit refundable on move out if everything is clean.
