About the Room: Spacious, freshly painted bedroom available in a quiet home. The room shares a bathroom with one other tenant. There’s a second fridge available and your own pantry space for food. If you need more storage, I can provide it.

House Info:

I have two cats—no other pets, sorry.

No smoking cigarettes inside. Outside is fine.

Fast Fiber internet and all utilities are included. Also included is kitchen supplies like paper towels, plates, soap, dishwasher detergent etc.

The kitchen is fully stocked, I prefer everyone use the items and utensils that are there and not mix each other’s items and cookware. Large microwave, Ninja Flip XL tabletop oven, stove, dishwasher and blender available for use.

Washer and dryer in the house cleaned and maintained regularly.

Who Lives Here: There are two of us here now—myself and another male tenant. We’re both quiet, respectful, and keep to ourselves. I work from home and prefer a low-key environment. The other tenant works a lot and keeps to himself in his room mostly. I do prefer no one else who works from home as I need the concentration for work.

Looking for someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with. This is a room in my home, so being respectful of the shared spaces is important.
