the lease is from January 1st 2027,- July 31, 2027. with the option to renew at the $849 value!

This is a 4 by 4 apartment ( 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms) with your own bedroom and bathroom apartment and bedrooms fully furnished.
⭐️ In unit washer/ dryer!
There are 2 other roomates who are girls attending ucf! LGBTQ friendly and cat friendly!

You have your own bathroom and share the kitchen/ dining room.

The living room is fully furnished with a couch tv, dining room table, and chairs

This is Boardwalk Apartments and it’s located directly next to ucf!

The $849 DOES include all utilities and bills! there are no other extra charges or fees there are occasional overages only being $2-$3 per month but that doesn’t happen too often.

The bedroom includes
- queen mattress
- bedframe
- corner desk
- dresser with built in mirror
- side table that i have my tv on.
- I am more than willing to leave my TV and mini fridge because i am moving out of state and cannot take
- must love cats my roomate has a cat and you can definitely have one here(registered as an esa)

There is a shuttle that takes students to ucf! it comes by very frequently throughout the day/ evening and there is also security every night patrolling the neighborhood!
