Seeking responsible and relaxed roomate.

Hello! I currently live with my spouse and brother in a 4 bedroom home. My spouse speaks Spanish, I speak Spanish and English, and my brother speaks English. The home is beautiful and in a middle class area thay is very quiet with respectful neighbors. We have 2 cats that stay in our respective bedrooms (we have 2 additional rooms).It is very spacious, with hardwood floors and a large garage space and backyard. We all keep to ourselves and are relaxed. We purchased a washer dryer for the unit, and we all work until around 3 in the afternoon. I am a public school teacher and my brother and spouse work in construction. We would love to have a roommate to share our home, and are willing to have open and respectful communication to make the space enjoyable. We can provide you with your own fridge, and if you want privacy, you can enter through the garage directly to the room.
