Urgent Lease Takeover - $250 Bonus

Hello! My name is Jonathan, and I am a current Sophomore Studio Arts student at UCF, and I am looking for any guys who are looking for an off-campus apartment. I am offering an extra $250 for whoever is interested in taking over my place that will go towards administrative fees ($150) and $100 off the 1st months rent. I am on a one-year leasing term that you would be able to take over as soon as this month June. It lasts until July 2027.
