Private room for rent

Looking for one roommate in a 3 bedroom and 2 and half bathroom town house in Waterford lakes. The room is unfurnished but the house comes furnished with washer and dryer and living furniture. The rent is 700 a month plus utilities which averages about 70-95$ split between the three of us. (There is me and one other roommate living here we are both female and she has a little tiny dog that’s less than 15 pounds but mostly the dog stays in her room) I'm looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease. The move in date will be June 1st. But can be discussed further! The place is less than 2 miles to UCF and right across the street from Waterford Lakes Plaza mall with a bunch of everyday need stores in walking distance.
