I am looking to rent a private bedroom in my home that is located on the second floor. The home includes a fenced in backyard, living room, dining room, half bath and laundry room that you will have full access to. Upstairs includes 2 unfurnished bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a landing area with a closet. 1 unfurnished bedroom is now available for rent. The other bedroom is already rented. I am looking to rent to 1 additional female only. No couples, children or pets. Rent is 700+ utilities. Wifi and cable included. Security deposit and proof of income required. Tennant needs to be okay with a Black Labrador Retriever living in the home. No additional animals will be allowed. All common area are furnished.

I am a teacher who currently lives in the home. Myself and the 1 roommate are quiet, clean and looking for someone who is similar. My room is on the first floor while the other two bedrooms are on the second floor. It’s possible that during the rental term my boyfriend will move in but no more than 3 individuals will be living in the home at a time.
