About the Home
The home is currently occupied by myself and one female roommate. My boyfriend may move into the home during the lease term, but the household will not exceed three adults.

I have a friendly Black Labrador Retriever, Pepper, who lives in the home, so the ideal roommate should be comfortable living with a dog. No additional pets are permitted.

This is a shared home, so I'm looking for someone who is respectful of common areas, keeps a reasonably clean living space, and appreciates a quiet and comfortable home environment. This is not a party house, and smoking is not permitted.
