Hi my place is Located near ucf college, off Waterford lakes, and Alafaya Looking for someone to rent a large room, unfurnished, furnished with queen brand new mattress if needed. A large closet with your own private x large walk-in shower bathroom connected to room and large closet in bathroom. Only your bathroom. No sharing! THE ROOM IS LOCATED NEAR KITCHEN AND WASHING ROOM!
preferable no couple, but don’t mind if you have Company. It’s a shared kitchen and wash room for clothes. Can be a student or professional, background. Check will be done. I’m a midwife never home. But my second floor someone else lives up there ,That’s who you’ll share the kitchen and washer and drying if you like.
