My husband and I live in this townhouse along with a roommate. We are all very respectful and friendly and we all love soccer. We have two small dogs. We speak English and Spanish.

We are looking for one more person to share the place and that roommate would be living in the spare bedroom upstairs. It has a lot of space, walking closet and it is carpeted. You can have it furnished or unfurnished. All utilities are included, with access to all common areas of the home.

The bathroom is shared with one male roommate who is very clean and organized.

The room is available immediately.

The area where we are located, Avalon Park, is about a 20 min drive to downtown Orlando, 20 min to UCF, 35 min to Millenia Mall/universal Studios, 40 min to the beach and about 45 min to Kissimmee/Disney World.

The community is very pretty and safe. There are basketball, baseball , soccer/football courts free to use as well as a community pool. We are right in the downtown Avalon Park area, 5 min walk to the marketplace.
