Hello! My name is Ethan (male) and I am currently looking for someone to room with my friend Jay (female) and I in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment. We are currently renting at Lark Central Florida, which is less than a mile away from UCF. The rent is per room, so you are only responsible for paying the rent on your room only. The living room and kitchen are shared, and each bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in closet. The unit itself is furnished and all appliances are included.
