SEEKING ROOMMATE to SHARE my 4-bedroom 2 story townhouse. I occupy the master bedroom downstairs and I have a small Shih-tzu that stays downstairs with me and am looking for a roommate to rent a FURNISHED bedroom upstairs (has a queen size bed and a night stand, room measurements are 11' x 12'). If you want to bring your own bed that'll be fine and I'll just move the bed to another room. There is a full bathroom and laundry room upstairs. You will share the laundry room and the kitchen with me, and the current tenants. The length of the lease is for 12 months minimum with the option to renew. The $400 deposit is refundable as long as the room, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen etc. is in good condition.
