Minimum credit score of required. Applicants must not have any evictions, lease violations, unpaid rent, late payments, collections, or bankruptcies in the last years. A high debttoincome ratio may affect approval. If below , proof of liquid funds covering months (months if year lease)' rent is required along with additional month of security deposit. Monthly income must be at least x the rent, with verifiable proof such as pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns. Higher rent with utilities included.
