Room availability depends on vacancy: Jun 20 = upstairs tan bedroom with shared bathroom $1,100/mo or Aug 2 = downstairs bedroom with private bathroom $1,200/mo. All bedrooms are spacious 12'x 15’ with queen bed and bedding, nightstand, lamps, desk/chair, two dressers or closets, mirror, ceiling fan, HEPA air purifier, blinds and blackout curtains.

Single adults only, no couples, no pets and NO DRAMA. Military, Traveling Healthcare or other conscientious professionals welcome. Completed application required to schedule showings with 24 hours courtesy notice to existing tenants.
