I have a second store 2bd 2 bath apartment..
My lease ends January 1 and I live on my own .
I'm very quiet and respectful and I work mornings and get up at 5am so quiet and peaceful it's a must. No drugs, or heavy drinking, if u smoke welcome to do it out in the front terrace as long as u clean up after yourself.
I include WiFi and very clean and respectful.

Looking for someone to move In my apartment and willing to get back check accordingly with my landlord.
You get parking in the complex and there's 2 chairs in the front for comfort.
Water included and I got a washer and dryer in my apartment too.
Need someone that pays the rent on time and respectful with the rules .
I'm bilingual and have a good sense of humor..
There's AC in the apartment and u will pay half and half with me for the electricity bill..
Wifi and water included.

Close to Walmart and loads of shopping 🛍 centers...walking distance
Chipotle...Peppers...Publix...Burger King.
