Hi everyone! I’m looking for 1 new roommate starting May 1st to join in our 3 bed / 2 bath house in Key Largo. One of our roommates got a new job opportunity and is moving, so we’re hoping to find a great new housemate!

About the house:

• Fully furnished common areas (living room, kitchen, bathrooms)
• Washer & dryer
• Super clean, cozy, and decorated with a fun coastal vibe
• Free parking
• Shared storage room
• Walking distance to Publix
• Less than 5 minutes from Key Largo Community Park (volleyball courts, pool, walking trails, and pickleball)
• Key card access to a private homeowners park walking distance away with white sand beaches and a swimming area!

Room available:
• $975/month + approx. $80 utilities (water, electric, WiFi)
• Available May 1
• Bedroom can be furnished OR unfurnished (your preference)
• Optional bedroom furniture includes:
– bed frame + mattress
– trundle bed + mattress (can be removed if you prefer extra storage space)
– Dresser
– Nightstand
– Storage cart

About us:

I am an underwater photographer and snorkel guide, and my other roomate works with NOAA’s Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. We love kayaking, beach volleyball, exploring the Keys, working out, and occasional board game nights. We are clean, social, respectful, and looking for a clean, responsible roommate with similar positive energy!
