Looking for a clean, responsible roommate to share my beautiful 3-bedroom home located on a large corner lot in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The home is just minutes from the major highway and close to everything you could need including Publix, Starbucks, two gas stations, a shopping center, Walmart, and Target. The house is fully renovated with high-end appliances and features a large fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some privacy. There’s also a screened-in pool with a spacious patio that has lounge chairs with a table and a hammock for those lazy afternoons. The front porch includes a cozy seating area where you can unwind or enjoy your morning coffee. You’ll have your own private, furnished bedroom that includes a TV and twin bed, and your own bathroom with a shower. If you prefer, the room can also be unfurnished to bring your own setup. There’s a washer and dryer conveniently located inside a dedicated laundry room. The home itself is very spacious, offering plenty of room and comfort throughout. I also have a friendly, well-behaved 10-year-old medium-sized dog, so animal lovers are a plus. If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-kept place to call home, this is it. I’m a laid back 30-year-old bartender who’s clean, responsible, and pretty much keeps to myself in my own world. I’m easygoing and open minded, and I get along with just about anyone. I don’t smoke, but I do vape, and I don’t mind if you smoke trees. You’re welcome to do so inside the house. The only rule is that if you smoke cigarettes, that has to be done outside. I like to keep my space peaceful and drama free. I don’t mind if you have friends or family over every now and then as long as it’s not an everyday thing.
