Need a roommate ASAP

It’s a 2 story town house, right next to FIU. The place was recently renovated it has all the amenities you can think of. Washer and dryer and dishwasher. I keep the place very clean. It’s a 2 bedroom, you’d have your own private room, there’s 2 bathrooms but one of them is a half bathroom, so we’d be sharing a shower.

The room in the picture is the one you’ll be staying in, it has a bunch of stuff in the photo but all the trinkets and things will be gone when you move in. It comes with the desk, chair, and Tv stand. There’s a walk in closet in the room, we installed hangers on both sides for clothes and convenience, and also built a queen sized bed with a mattress which you can use aswell. There room is practically fully furnished.

My name is Maray, I’m 21 and just graduated from FIU with my bachelors in business administration. I like to read, workout, and just relax. I like going to concerts, the club, fun nights out or just stay inside and watch movies. I try to cook as much as possible but sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow me to. I work 8 hour shifts most days, and I’ll be out a lot so I’m not home very often.

my bedroom will be right next door with the main bathroom and shower in between, the walls are decently thin so I’d prefer someone who doesn’t stay up all night or can respect lower volume after midnight unless I am also awake then that’s fine of course. I’m really chill and reasonable, I’m not at the house 24/7 sometimes I stay elsewhere overnight. I like shared spaces to be as clean as possible, I’m not a clean freak but we like an organized house. Your room is your space so I won’t ever go in there or tell you what to do with that space, if you have a messy room that’s fine I don’t care just clean up after yourself in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I’m friendly and like to have friends over every now and then. 420 friendly and smoke friendly, just don’t smoke inside the apartment.
