Sublease 109 Tower

Hey, My name is Trevour Greene and I'm subleasing my room in 109 tower. Its located at 737 SW 109th Ave Miami Florida. Its 985 per month but i already paid rent for the month of February so you can move in this month if?you want and not have to pay rent until March. The room includes a private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living room and the apartment is fully furnished. There is an in suite washer and dryer and all the amenities (water, wifi, electricity) are included in the rent. There is also a pool, gym, and entertainment room in the building. The security deposit is 1477$ but you don't need to pay it if you have a guarantor that is an American citizen. The lease ends July 31st and you can extend it if you want.
