A room in an ideal location for FIU students, only 5 minutes walking distance from the FIU MMC main campus and approx. 10 minutes from FIU EC will be available. You will be sharing an apartment with a nice, warm and welcoming family. There will be no term contract, it will go on month by month.

The apartment is a townhouse type duplex apartment. Bed rooms, toilet and shower are located on the 2nd floor. On the first floor there are fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living space and a toilet.

The room is not furnished. We are expecting to rent it for $625 including all the utilities.
