Currently renting one of two individual rooms in an west facing, ocean view condo in Sunny Isles, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The unit comes with a private, outdoor balcony, garage parking, and shared washer and dryer on each floor. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all shared spaces.

The Area :

Sunny Isles is well known for being a bit more Euro friendly compared to most of Miami. Logistically, the building is located within walking distance of several super markets, most major banks, gyms, convenience stores, and restaurants. In front of the building is a recreational park.
