Sunny Isles Apartment

Located on the 9th floor of a Sunny Isles Condo, our unit has a private balcony with a great view. The photos currently show furniture that will mostly be removed later this week, so if you have larger furniture you want to move in, that shouldn’t be a problem.

There are 2 rooms that will become available by next week.

One is approximately 12.5’ x 11’ and a small closet. The restroom dedicated to this room is just outside the door. (Please pardon the mess my current roommate has in her bathroom, it will all be cleared and cleaned this week.)

The master bedroom includes a larger walk in closet and a restroom inside the room. (Photos to come soon)

Both rooms have large windows facing the bay.

There is a designated garage parking space that is available. (Separate monthly charge)
I am a 40 year old male working in the logistics and operations field. The ebb and flow of my work requires me to be away from home a lot as well as working from home every so often. I believe very strongly in taking the time to understand one another to be sensitive to each other’s boundaries, and support each other when possible for a healthy cohabitation.
