Renter's are welcome to use the shared bathroom (mainly will be yours) and fully equipped living space, kitchen, and you’ll enjoy the convenience of your own refrigerator located inside your room. Washer and dryer inside unit. Also you will have your own private parking and utilities all included.
The property features resort-style amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, and gym in the backyard, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Sunny Isles Beach is only one block away, while Haulover Beach is about a 5-10 minute walk—two of the area’s most sought-after beaches.
