Looking for a Roommate | May 15 Lease Start Date |

Hi everyone! We’re looking for a female grad student or young professional to fill a room in a 4-bed 3-bath apartment here at Valencia starting May 15th. We’re all current or recently graduated UMiami students in our mid-to late twenties/early thirties, so we are preferably looking for someone around our age who is chill, respectful, and CLEAN!!!

The room is $1,000 a month, including utilities, in‑unit laundry, a pool, and a gym. The bedroom includes a full‑sized bed, side table, dresser, and desk for comfortable everyday living. The bathroom is shared, but large! Parking would need to be rented from the building for an additional cost (usually ~$80-100 a month). I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and love it.

Lastly, no smoking, no weekly parties, we like a quiet, safe, and clean environment!
